How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows you to relax, enjoy a welcome drink, and settle in before your treatment begins.
What should I wear?
No need to worry—robes, towels, and disposable underwear are provided. We also have personal lockers for your belongings and shower rooms with organic body wash exclusively for our service guests. Just come in your usual, neat clothes!
Do you offer couple treatments?
We don’t offer a dedicated couple treatment, but we do have packages that include 2–3 treatments for the best experience and benefits.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We use locally sourced natural herbs and carefully selected professional organic products with clear origins. Please inform us of any allergies in advance so we can prepare and advise accordingly.
Can I bring my child or friend along?
If you bring children or friends who are not using the services, please ensure they are supervised and do not disturb other guests or spa activities.
Can children and pregnant women use the services?
We welcome guests aged 7 to under 81. Those with cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, skin conditions, or infectious diseases should avoid spa services.
Our team is trained to serve pregnant women, using massage oils and organic skincare and haircare products that are safe during pregnancy. However, we recommend consulting your doctor about which stages of pregnancy are suitable for spa treatments and what to avoid for safety.
What if I'm running late?
We kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their booking. Please notify us promptly if there are any changes. Your treatment may be shortened to avoid affecting the next guest. Bookings will be automatically canceled if guests do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without notice.
